Two first-party cookies can remember your explicit choices: NEXT_LOCALE for language and theme for appearance. They contain no tracking identifier and have no persistent expiry date. They last for the browser session, although session restoration may extend their presence. Without a choice, the site follows your browser language and system theme. No persistent local storage or advertising cookies are used.
Hosting and technical data
The website is prepared for hosting on Vercel. When you visit, the host receives the information needed to deliver an HTTP response, including your IP address, requested URL and browser information. Technical logs may be processed to provide and secure the service. Retention and processing depend on the hosting configuration and the host's documentation. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are not integrated into this website.
Email and external links
The email link opens your email application. The portfolio itself does not send messages. Emails received are used to reply to your enquiry and kept only as long as needed for that exchange. The website makes no requests to GitHub or LinkedIn before you open their links. Their own policies then apply.
Your rights
Depending on the processing involved, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict processing or object to it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. This portfolio does not perform profiling or automated decision-making.
